Membership connects you with club activities, member pricing, tournament opportunities, selected partner offers and a welcoming community of people who enjoy the game.
There is no skill requirement and no expectation that every member must compete. You can join to socialise, practise, learn or test your game under tournament pressure.

Who can join?
Membership options may differ depending on your relationship with Edith Cowan University.
ECU Staff and Alumni
Eligible ECU staff members and alumni may apply to remain involved with the club and its activities.
Community Members
External participants may apply for eligible membership or attend selected public club events.
Some voting rights, committee positions, ECU-restricted activities and other privileges may only be available to eligible current ECU students.

Read and accept the club constitution, code of conduct, terms and privacy notice.

Once approved, you will receive confirmation and access to eligible member benefits.

Members must behave respectfully toward other members, guests, committee members, venue staff and the wider ECU community.
Membership does not guarantee entry into every event, tournament or club activity.
Separate registration, eligibility requirements or entry fees may apply.
Members must comply with club rules, applicable ECU requirements, venue conditions and lawful directions from authorised personnel.
Membership may be suspended or cancelled in accordance with the club constitution and applicable policies.

Questions before you join?
Do I need previous pool experience?+
No. Complete beginners, casual players and experienced competitors are all welcome. The club is designed to be both social and competitive.
Do I need to be an ECU student?+
Current ECU students are the club's primary membership group. ECU staff, alumni and eligible community members may also be able to apply under the relevant membership category.
Are tournament fees included in membership?+
Not necessarily. Some tournaments and activities may require a separate registration or entry fee. Members may receive discounted pricing for eligible events.
When does my membership become active?+
Membership becomes active after your application, eligibility and any applicable payment have been reviewed and approved.
How long does membership last?+
The membership period will be displayed during the application process and on your membership confirmation. Renewal may be required when that period ends.
Can membership benefits change?+
Yes. Benefits, discounts and partner offers are subject to availability and may be amended, replaced or withdrawn when necessary.
